Boat Availability: |
If the Boat Owner is unable to provide the Hirer with the boat booked for reasons of weather and tide conditions or circumstances beyond all reasonable control a new date will be offered.
Alternatively a full refund will be made at the Owners discretion providing the Hirer shall have no further claims upon the Owner. |

Your Safety: |
All passengers must be reasonably fit and healthy and attired in suitable clothes and shoes.
All passengers undertake the boat trip at their own risk. In matters of safety the skipper's word shall be final. |

Boat Cancellation: |
Any cancellation must be notified to Skipper who will then immediately endeavor to relent the booking.
If successful a 75% refund will be made. |
